Studio Associato Breno Sottini
Via Corsica, 143 – 25125 Brescia
C.F. e P.IVA 03516150178

4. A chi comunichiamo i dati

8. I tuoi diritti

15-22 GDPR). Per esercitarli scrivi a studiolbs@studiolbs.it o alla PEC studiolbs@legalmail.it.

Privacy and Cookie Notice

Last updated: 6 November 2026 · Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

This page explains how Studio Associato Breno Sottini processes the personal data of people who visit the website www.studiolbs.it, contact us or use the Client Area.

1. Data controller

Studio Associato Breno Sottini
Via Corsica, 143 – 25125 Brescia, Italy
Tax code and VAT no. 03516150178
Tel. +39 030 224241
E-mail: studiolbs@studiolbs.it · Certified e-mail (PEC): studiolbs@legalmail.it

2. What data we process and why

a) Browsing the website

Like any website, the systems that host it automatically record some technical data (IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type). We use it only to keep the site running, to keep it secure and to detect abuse. Legal basis: the Studio’s legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

b) Contact requests

If you write to us through the “Contact” form or by e-mail/PEC, we process the data you provide (first and last name, e-mail address, subject and text of the message, and any other data it contains) in order to reply to your request. The website form does not send data to our servers: it prepares a message in your own e-mail program, and the message is sent only when you press “Send” in that program. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and replying to your requests (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

c) Restricted Client Area

The Client Area is reserved for the Studio’s clients, who are given personal credentials. To run it we process: name, e-mail address, password (stored only in encrypted form, never in clear text), date and time of log-ins, IP address, unsuccessful log-in attempts and the log of documents downloaded. This data is used to verify identity, allow the download of restricted documents, protect the area against unauthorised access and be able to trace who consulted what. Legal basis: performance of the professional relationship with the client (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

d) Map of Via Corsica (OpenStreetMap)

The Contact section includes a map provided by OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom). The map is loaded only if you ask for it (“Load the map” button or Privacy control centre). In that case your browser connects to OpenStreetMap’s servers, which receive your IP address and technical browser data. We do not receive or store this data. More information: OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

The website uses technical tools only, which are necessary for it to work and do not require your consent:

The website does not use profiling cookies, statistics or analytics tools, advertising, social network buttons, or fonts and scripts loaded from external services. If we introduce any in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

4. Who we share data with

Data is processed by authorised Studio staff and by providers of technical services (for example the hosting provider and IT support), appointed as data processors where necessary. Data is neither disclosed nor sold. It may be communicated to public authorities only where required by law.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

We do not knowingly transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. As for the map (point 2.d), the provider is based in the United Kingdom, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection.

6. How long we keep data

7. Providing your data

Providing data is optional, but without the data requested in the form we cannot reply to your request, and without credentials the Client Area cannot be used.

8. Your rights

At any time you may ask us for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). To exercise these rights write to studiolbs@studiolbs.it or to the PEC address studiolbs@legalmail.it. If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it).

9. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures: restricted access with personal credentials, encrypted passwords, lock-out after repeated failed attempts, documents that cannot be accessed without authentication, and logging of downloads.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice, for example if the services offered on the website change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
